No delivery from Netflorist CPT

I ordered the Valentines gift the 30th of January, with the thought that it would take priority as it was done well in advance... low and behold, no delivery today.. keep phoning and I was made understood that it will get delivered by 17h... nothing, absolutely nothing. They would have called me back twice today and still waiting, nobody can tell you where anything is and every agent tells me a different story... the most utterly pathetic service I've ever received and that on a Valentines day. I'm disgusted to say the least. I will never order from them ever again.
