No delivery for Valentine's day

I placed an order with Nerflorist to deliver a gift for Valentine's day which was done on the 12th of February. I called Valentine's morning and spoke to a person who reassured me that the person would receive the gift on the day and nothing was delivered. If the package gets delivered late then it would defeat the purpose of Valentine's day. Later throughout the day when I tried calling the company,both numbers were unavailable and I have received no feedback whatsoever from them and now that person who the gift was meant to go has received no gift for Valentine's day. It was my 1st time using them and I am absolutely dissatisfied with their service,yet their policy guarantees same day delivery. Worst delivery experience of my life
