No delivery for ****her day surprise and still waiting....(10 days after purchase)

My delivery for ****her day surprise (***). 1 - An sms was sent to the recipient on the 18 June that they are coming to deliver. Also, they did not receive their package and waited the whole day and days after until Sunday as to not miss the delivery vehicle. I am very disappointed in the service received from NetFlorist and the status just shows 10 days later that the order was referred. No progress made and ****her day have come and gone.
