No delivery, even after getting a delivery NOTICE!

Ordered some flowers for Feb14 2018. Get a notification telling me my order was deliver on 14 Feb 2018 @ 19:20. Yay everything seemed good. Find out later on that nothing was delivered. Sent out an email on the 15 Feb 2018 and got a auto ticket response stating that I will be helped within 9 business hours. Its the 18 Feb 2018 today... no reply from that. Managed to call them on the 16 Feb 2018 after holding for 15 minutes. Turns out the delivery man never went to the area and item was never delivered! Delivery will be sent tomorrow (19 Feb 2018). Thanks guys, thanks for delivering my VALENTINES flowers on the 19 FEB 2018. Well let's see if it even gets delivered! BOOM I'm never buying from there again!
