No Delivery, Don't Care, Cancel or Next Day - NetFlorist

On Wednesday bought gifts for my PA, it is/was her 30th birthday on Friday, 02 December 2022. Today, as I checked and saw, my gifts were out for delivery. By 3pm, it had not yet arrived. I phoned and a snotty call agent told me right out that they do not guarantee delivery before 5pm, as per terms and conditions, so do I want to cancel or not. I waited til 4 pm and then tried their chat line on the website. Same thing was said to me, of which I have photos of that conversation. And you cannot select premium delivery because of the lack of guaranteeing delivery by 5pm. Also, they have no way to track where their driver is, so they cannot tell me how far or near is he to me. It is now evening, no gifts delivered. I went to check on the status of my delivery, and all of a sudden its now back to being prepared and will be delivered on 5th December 2022. What they have told me is that they are so busy, they could not care if you want it delivered when you want it. It will be done according to them and their schedule. So they are toooo busy to have new business. I will never use them again, EVER!!!
