No delivery delivered yet they say flowers were delivered

I paced an order *** for flowers to be delivered to a particular person. TYhe person left at 17:00 and did NOT receive her flowers. I got an email saying that she did...BIGGEST BULL****...she did not get the flowers when she left after 17:00 work. What a waste of time to use netflorist... and a BIG disappointment
