No delivery. Can't get my money out of them.

I ordered a knife set for my father for father's day. The order never arrived. I contacted netflorist and they told me the reason it never arrived was because they didn't have stock of the product. I was never informed of this,but I asked them to please deliver the product or return my money. To this day (more than a month) I've not heard anything from them and the order was not delivered. I'm overseas which makes it difficult to follow up with them again and again. My order number is ***.
