all i will say is that if you want a headache then use this useless guys to send a gift to your special someone. lies after lies after delivering. firstly they send an incorrect item , then you have to go up and down with them to collect and replace. they keep changing the time frame about delivering while they are the one who caused the mess. the apology even sounds like someone is reading a script. use Netflorist at your own risk
