NO DELIVERY BY NETFLORIST

I am so disappointed in Netflorist!<br> <br> I used them for the first time to order a birthday hamper for my Mom's birthday which was yesterday. I am living in Cape Town and really wanted to send her something special for her birthday. <br> <br> I received an email yesterday morning to say my delivery was in transit to Grahamstown - nothing has been delivered! I called their agent in Grahamstown, Casablanca Florists, who was most unhelpful and advised me to contact Netflorist directly.<br> <br> Netforist is not answering its customer care line and has not responded to any of my emails.<br> <br> I have paid for the delivery and the money has been taken off my account, I cannot believe this!
