No Delivery

I Placed an order for my husband for our Anniversary, it was out on delivery at 4pm its now 8:15pm and it still hasn't been delivered. Netflorist has veen sending messages since 12pm to say that something is on the way and nothi g has arrives. This has ruined a special occasion. This is the second parcel that has not arrived. Very Poor service! My last order arrives at 7:30pm unacceptable!
