No delivery!!

Order said it’s delivered, but it was not delivered to me!! I am beyond furious at this point! I ordered and paid for everything about 3 days ago and then today the day before Mother’s Day I get an email confirming the delivery to someone named Tiaan, my name is not Tiaan!! I have emailed about 6 times I’ve tried phoning but then the call center is closed, they had 1 job to do to deliver it to my address and they couldn’t do it, now who knows where the delivery is! I am furious! This has definitely ruined Mother’s Day!! Disgusting service if I could give them 0 stars I would!!! And they are not cheap so you would expect better service!
