No delivery and poor customer service by Netflorist

Made an order to be delivered to my fiancé today (Valentines) and I was utterly disappointed by Netflorist. They didn’t only not deliver up until now but again when trying to call their number it wouldn’t go through or keep ringing answered. Tried about 20 times to call them at around 4pm and also tried reaching out to them on Twitter, all in vain. As I browsed Twitter I got to realize that they didn’t only ***** me over but a whole lot of people were also *****ed over and left frustrated. On an entire Valentine’s Day and then this happenes?...wow, I can’t express how disappointed I am with the Company.
