No delivery and no refund

I ordered a birthday present for my brother at the end of November for January. Ordered it and on the day it had to be delivered I received an email saying that it is out of stock. They had more than a month lead time to do this order! How can it be out of stock? I mailed them to find out when will it be delivered and never received any feedback. A week later with still no feedback I phoned them and the guy told me sorry its out of stock... So they were not even planning to do anything about it. I asked for a manager but they don't work over weekends. I told him that a manager must contact me first thing in Monday and I am still waiting for that call. I canceled the order and wanted my money back. I am still waiting for the refund! My brother is still without a present thanks to them. Don't waste your time and money with these people!
