No delivery and no follow up!

I am furious, an expensive delivery that was time sensitive was meant to be made on Monday. Not only was it not made but they **** on their website saying it was delivered and only contacted me today to say that it wasn't. To make matters worse they said they would call after I asked for a refund and I still have not heard a word from them. Useless service! I will be using your competitors in future! Thanks for nothing! Please refund me immediately after the serious inconvenience you have put me through! I am not waiting for days for your billing team to get their act together!
