No delivery and no communication sent

I bought a get well soon gift for a friend that was discharged from the hospital, and the date I could find closest to her release was the 30th. All other items were from Feb 2nd, but I chose the 30th because I wanted it to coincide with her release. Netflorist never delivered; only when I inquired about the non-delivery did they tell me there was a problem with the courier and that they don't do weekend deliveries. They will only deliver on Monday, 2nd Feb. This defeats the entire purpose of me purchasing the gift for next-day delivery.
