No delivery and DISGUSTING customer service

Absolutely disgusted by the poor service received. My order has not been delivered THREE times! Each time with minimal if any effort by NetFlorist to rectify. They just keep offering me a voucher - as if I would use their services again. Still awaiting delivery. Their one job is to deliver things and for the most part people use their services with the idea that their order will be delivered on a SPECIFIC day.
