No delivery after three confirmation mails

I ordered 2x 6 pack personalized beer and after receiving 3 emails confirming delivery today and not receiving anything, I called only to find out, they have not even started on the order. it is my fathers 50th birthday presents I ordered and now I am going to his party empty handed as I already spent almost R 700.00 on his presents!!! this is unacceptable. now I have changed the address for delivery to my fathers address, and I have been promised Friday (2days late for his birthday) but I am not even sure if I should be relying on this! I thought big companies don't make a point of messing you around!! obviously I was wrong!! I feel like a horrible daughter not even having something to give my dad for his 50th!
