No Delivery after payment was made

I ordered a gift on the 6 September 2017 and it is now the 13th of September and no delivery has taken place. The gift is a blue nappy cake to be delivered to Hartebe****rt. Every day i call i get told it will be delivered tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. This is not the first time iv had a bad encounter with Netflorist. I will not use them again or suggest them.
