No Delivery after 5days

<p>Order placed on 30/01/2017 for delivery on 03/02/2017. On the website the next available delivery was 02/02/2017</p> <p> </p> <p>it is now the 8th of Feb with no delivery. I have also sent 2x emails about this.</p> <p>AS this is being typed I am using the chat get an answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>So much for same day gifting.</p>
