No Delivery

I ordered flowers for my fiance as it was her birthday and the last one before our wedding. I received a message saying the flowers are our for delivery at 11am, by 4pm the flowers were not delivered. I phone the help line and was left with a promise of feedback, with no feedback. I phoned a second time to let them know she will be leaving the office soon and was read the terms and conditions, then a promise to be called by a team leader, no call back. I then phoned a third time and finally got someone who tried to help, the call lasted 40 minutes with no outcome, the delivery manager phoned me to say the driver wanted to leave the flowers with the security guard, then I was told that the driver refuses to drive to my house to deliver the flowers. I was offered a delivery the next day, it's her birthday today, with free chocolates, she's diabetic. This was supposed to be a special occasion for her.
