No delivery!!!!

As a loyal client, I'm disgusted with your service! My order was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. My husband stayed home all day waiting for his surprise. NOTHING came!!!!! There was no communication about a delay whatsoever So basically i don't know if or when my parcel is arriving. This is appalling. I'm never ordering anything from this company again!
