No Delivery

I ordered some flowers and chocolates to be delivered to Mabopane on Wednesday the 25th of February. On the NetFlorist site it said the packages would be delivered the very same day. And then to my surprise I receive an email from one of the employees of NetFlorist telling me that the drivers already went to Mabopane and there's no way they can deliver my order on that day anymore. What's worse is they say they are going to deliver it a WEEK later, not even a day maybe. Now I had to request my money back and I have to wait 7 working days for that. I'm disappointed with the service because when I made the order I was in my right mind that the person I'm sending it to was going to receive it on that very same day. There's no warning on the site about such things and people make their orders only to be told they cannot be delivered anymore. It's bad service and I doubt that NetFlorist will be getting any business from me anymore.
