No delivery

Order number ********** 81.On Wednesday the 6th March 2019 I made an order and I chose the 8th March 2019 as the delivery date as this was a birthday gift, they assured me that the gift will be delivered on the day. The day ended and the recipient still had not received anything, not even a call from them. I called their call center and they told me they would call me back after contacting their courier company, they haven't done that. I then sent them an email and I only got the automatic reply. I am so disappointed with the service, this was supposed to be a gift and it was not delivered, a relationship has been ruined here because of their unprofessionalism. I'm so ****ed amd will not be recommending you to anyone.
