No Delivery

I live in different province to my mother, it was my mothers birthday 3 days ago and I sent her flowers, I got the notification that it was delivered and waited patiently for her call to thank me... After 8PM I still did not hear from her so I called her. To my surprise she had not received it.

When I called the call, I was advised the depot scanned in the parcel and selected the incorrect return code. So if I didnt call in Netflorist would have ****med me of my money and made it look like I didnt care about my mother.

Very disappointing service, I had to send my brother the cash to go buy her something and now I need to still waste my time and run after you to get this sorted. Ill never use your company again!!!
