No Delivery

I made an online order at Netflorist on the 13th February 2018 to be delivered in Pretoria, and the package that I ordered was strictly for Pretoria deliveries only. And even today (15th February 2018) when I try to track my order it hasn't arrived. I tried calling the call center the whole day on the 14th but there was no answer, sent an email and still no response but only the Automated email reply only. This is strictly poor service rendered from Netflorist.
