No Delivery

I am disgusted at the service of Netflorist!! I keep ordering from them and the last two occasions have been horrific service. The order I did in November the arrangement sent was TERRIBLE! they then email me with a voucher which does not really solve the embarrassment of what was delievered!! now I do an order for Valentines on the 5th Feb the driver gets to the place of delivery only to tell my son that the order was cancelled when actually the driver forgot the item and never took it!!!! Its now 6.45 pm and nothing!!!! I am totally disgusted at the service of Netflorist!!
