No delivery
I ordered an orchid and a card for my mother the 13th as the 14th was the day my grandmother passed away 5 years ago, and thought she needed. Its 9pm on the 14th an my mother is without her present. I was promised it would be delivered by 5pm, which clearly didn't happen, without any notification. I truly hope the orchids haven't been in a warm car for 24 hours before its delivered to me.
I won't use them again

15 Nov 2017, 08:19An update on my order : I received it right after this review, but found that the card attached stated " congrats : to many sleepless nights" , which isn't very fitting when you receive flowers remembering a passed loved one. I am very disappointed with netflorist, and don't find it worth the R325 that I spent on the flowers.
