No Delivery

Placed online order and paid at 08:38 this morning for valentines surprise gift to be delivered today 13.02.2015.<br> <br> Delivery was never made.<br> <br> No phone call or email from Netflorist to explain why.<br> <br> I tried calling numerous times, cant get through.<br> <br> I understand that high order volumes over valentines day have caused this, but i am sure next year will be better as you will have 1 less order from me to deal with and i'm sure many others feel the same.<br> <br> I just hope I will get a refund....<br> <br> These guys are like the Proteas... THEY CHOKE UNDER THE PRESSURE.
