No delivery

Some of you may have had good experience with Netflorist. But for me I will never use their services ever again. I would rather Grow my own Rose's and deliver it myself, it will be quicker than the service I got from Netflorist. Just to let SA know I ordered flowers this morning at 8:20 my order number was *** I repeatedly said to Thato Lentsoe I need the flowers to be delivered by 3:30pm today + 7 hours for the flowers to be delivered.Up until now 4:00pm the flowers have not been delivered. I called the call centre waited for over 20 minutes to follow up on the order only for them to tell me that the flowers will be delivered at 5:30pm remember my girl friends office closes at 3:30pm so I don't know who they where going to hand the flowers to may be the security guard at her office. I only can imagine what will happen tomorrow on valentines day it wont be a happy day for most. This is the 1st complaint I am making on this site but am going to go on Netflorist FaceBook and Twitter pages to express my unpleasant experience that I have had with NetFlorist. The worst thing is that now I have to wait 7 working days for me to get my money back. Whilst their earn interest on it LOL
