No delivery

<p>Pathetic service from Netflorist. I have always place my special occassions order with you guys. I have placed an order under ********** 03 with strict instruction to have it delivered to my partner for her birthday on Friday 5th August before or by 2pm as her company closes at this time. I have called the Call centre several times today and they confirmed that the driver has received the instruction and will be delivering by that time. It was getting near 2pm and I confirmed that my partner had still not received her gift. I called the callcentre at 13:55 to enquire if they had delivered the item. It was unlikely that the gift would be delivered in less than five minutes as the operator was not helpfull and not aware of the drivers location, they offered to have the item delivered to her home so I agreed,gave them the new address and then ended the call.I later decided to call back to see if they would guaranteed deliver the item today, but the callcentre advised that it would only be delivered on Saturday. I asked for a refund. What pathetic service and offerings ,yet you claim to be "sameday delivery" and "100% satistfaction guarantee". This is a 0 % satisifed customer.
