NO DELIVERY

I made a same day delivery order on the 25th of February to Monetcasino, My order has still not been delivered and each time i am told that they tried to get hold of me which is lies as i never missed their calls. The whole time i have to call them with my own money and enquire why it was not delivered. Today i was told the order will be delivered before 4pm and now i phoned them again and was told i will be delivered tomorrow which is really bad service!!! YOU MUST STOP FALSE ADVERTISING AND CLAIM ONE DAY DELIVERY WHEN IT ACTUALLY TAKES YOU WEEK TO DELIVER AT A 10KM RADIUS! THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
