No delivery

I made an order online for a friend who is in the hospital and had thought she would receive her order the same day but to my dismay, I found that she has not received it. I called the call centre and was told by Shakira that my order was not captured but she will return my call and provide me with some feedback as to what happened.<br> <br> This is my first time using netflorist and I am disappointed and will not recommend the company. I had hoped that my friend would get out of the operating room to receive a cute surprise from me but the experience has been completely ruined and won't hold the same appeal delivered a day late.
