No delivery

I ordered flowers to be delivered to Kriel in Mpumalanga, i gave the call center agent the correct delivery address. The following day when i track my order they said my order is out on delivery. Later during the day my colleague informs me that Netflorist wont deliver my order, i only found out this from my colleague whom we ordered flowers to be delivered at the same place. I didn't't receive any phone call from Neflorist about the order that they wont be able to deliver. i had to call them to find out what was happening with the order. One agent told me that their supervisor will contact me to rectify the order. she then called me at about 6:30pm. i had to change my order after so much trouble of not getting my order delivered in Kriel. The following day i call Netflorist to confirm the new order, no they didn't have the new order captured i asked to speak to Lerato the supervisor who was capturing my new order, i didnt succeed getting hold of her until i was on hold for 30min, i called again and spoke to an agent who then captured my new order. i am not happy with the service i got. Worse is when i saw the flowers delivered they don't look like the ones on the website. NO, NO!
