NO DELIVERY

I placed an order on net florist only for the ribbon to be forgotten and the flowers came half dead,i call and complained and was given a voucher to use which I did on the 3rd of Feb 2016 I placed an order for 14cm rose bush at the time a special was been run if orders where placed before the 10th of Feb a free box of lint chocolate was include,the problem arosed on the 13th Feb 2016,but on the 12th I call net florist to confirm the order which they did,and delivery was to be on the 13th Feb 2016,on the morning of the 13th a delivery was made but only the melted box of chocolate came.when I came home I saw only the chocolate but no flowers,i call net florist and spoke to mervin and explained what happen I was placed on hold for 14 mins and he went to confirm with the delivery they said they delivered the flowers and it was singed fir I confirmed with 6 ppl who live with me and all said no flowers came just chocolates and been put on hold a few times.mervin came back and said the delivery was made I asked him to send the person back who delivered and prove where on the premises the flowers are,after a while he said (mervin) .
