No delivery

I placed an order on the 27th of January to be delivered today, the 12th of Feb to my wife's office. It is now 17:30 and still no delivery. She has already left the office at 16:00. I phoned during the day to find out where the order is, but all your agent can tell me is that it is due for delivery. It seems to me that you don't have a clue what happens to your orders after they leave. This is absolute ********, the whole idea of this was that you deliver TODAY, not any other day. So you can shove your flowers there where the sun doesn't shine. I will never make use of your services again. Your service is pathetic.
