No Delivery

Order placed on 15 July for asap delivery. R400.00 was deducted from credit card the 16th. E-mail was received to confirm the delivery was made on the 16th. Upon calling the recipient to find out if she received the flowers sent to her after an operation, she confirmed that NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED. It is now a week and 4 e-mails later and we still have no delivery. I'm just thinking, what if we did not confirm the non-delivery? Who would get the R400.00 we paid? I will definitely not recommend NetFlorist to anyone - their products are totally overpriced and their service stink.
