No delivery

I ordered flowers for my mother and my mother in law on 08 May 2015.<br> Received an order receipt which stated delivery date on 11 May 2015.<br> Nothing was delivered on the 11th. Today, 12 May 2015, the wrong flowers were delivered to my mother and nothing has been delivered to my mother in law.<br> I phoned NetFlorist and told them what has happened and the recipient was un-helpful and put the phone down in my ear.
