No deliver and now i have to wait for seven days

On the 26th March I placed an order for delivery the following, I then did an eft payment on Friday the 27th of March I received a call from Shoulin explain that they will not be able to deliver on Friday because they had to wait for the money to reflect in they bank account however they will be able to deliver on Saturday. My order hasn't been delivered up until today and now i am being told i need to wait for seven working days to receive my refund. I am really disappoint especially after bending backward on Friday to try and accommodate them yet they didn't fulfill they promise
