No Deliry of 70Th Birthday Gift

I Placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my Mom in Kimberley on the 24 March at 10AM. BY 10.17am I had received confirmation of the order and that it was paid in full at a cost of R449.90. <br> <br> I explained that it was mu Moms 70th Birthday the next day and I was placing it early so that she would get delivery. <br> <br> To my utter embarrassment and horror nothing was delivered. I called to wish my mom and ask her why she had not mentioned my gift and her reply was that my call was enough. I then explained that I had sent her flowers and a note.<br> <br> Who does this to somebody after I explained how important it was that she get these flowers as she is in Kimberley and I am in Cape town an unable to spend it with her.<br> <br> Netflorist you have taken away from me my moms 70th Birthday. Something I will never get back and I will never, ever endorse or support you again but believe me when I say that Nobody that I know will use your services again.<br> <br> My order number was ***
