No customer service

Netflorist the worst service ever. On the 02/06/2023 tried to place an order but system kept giving me issue, it kept on failing after i have selected payment method and used my wicode number, did it several times and the last time it said the wicode has already been used after 7 unsuccessful attempts. Phoned Netflorist they said yes we see your transaction order and it is hanging will have to sent an email for it to be released and request for refund this was on the 02/06/2023. Received no refund and no feesback. Had to phone again 12/06/2023 same story, tried again 13/062023 same story. I will never use Netflorist again
