No customer service

I will never use Netflorist again. I am so dissapointed as I really wanted something special for my mom for motherday and the person I spoke to was not helpful at all not even trying to see if he can change my order. All he had to do is pick up the phone and see if he can change my order. So so so disappointed and this after spending flippen R700!!!!
