<p>Everything went wrong at every step. I wanted to order gifts for Secretary's Day. Firstly I could not order online, when I clicked 'add to basket' nothing happened. I then ordered by phone - this took nearly 30 minutes to complete. I ordered 6 items and I was then charged for delivery on threee items, even though alll six were to be delivered to one address all at the same time. Now only half of the delivery has arrived. ANd when I phoned to enquire they cannot give me a time as to when the rest of the order will arrive.</p>
