No care attitude, no delivery, R500 wasted and no birthday flowers...

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend's birthday. They apparently tried to call her once at 7:30 in the morning on her birthday to deliver the flowers (as she was sleeping at that time, she missed the call, they left and simply didn't deliver the flowers... The next day she was back at work and therefore the delivery address changed and so no delivery again... So yeah... Around R500 wasted, friend didn't get flowers for her birthday and they couldn't be bothered either way... a not their problem attitude as they tried to call once and that was the extent of trying to reach someone... No warning to anyone that they will be delivering at 07:30 in the morning either.... For people that are supposed to care about bringing happiness to others, they couldn't have shown less care...
