No birthday gift due to lack of service delivery

Service sucks... Honestly I have issues in the past but this time I'm totally annoyed. After several back and forth regarding ordering a gift to be delivered today 13/11/2020 i had voucher issues which 1 of 2 have been resolved... At the same time I'm not sure what is the limit to vouchers being used I had 2 yesterday and could only use 1 of which I lost R89. 95 my free delivery. Despite all of this my friend won't even be getting a gift today which totally sucks. I don't know why I still use netflorist
