No birthday delivery 😞

I placed an order for delivery on the 15th of September for the 17th od September. Somehow the Netflorist team did not deliver the gift. Two days later and the gift was still not delivered. No explanation as to why the gift was not delivered and no update of the delivery status. I was told I would be called as soon as the delivery was made but no call. I don't think I'll be using you guys again.
