NO AMOUNT TOO SMALL FOR DELIVERY??

I placed an flower delivery including a \balloon"for my daughters 30th birthday for delivery. Netflorist delivered on time as they advertise. When my daughter called to thank me and i asked for a picture i then saw there was no \""balloon\"". i called them and they said the driver forgot it in the van and will go back?? They then called my daughter and said the driver said the balloon was delivered!! She works at a well known company and they have surveilance!! I mean a balloon is something small but its the matter of fact that i paid for something that was not delivered!! ( My order number ***)"""
