No 2020 Diaries as promised since 10 November

On the 10th of November 2019 - I ordered 2 X personalized diaries, it is now the 9th of January 2020 and they are Not delivered! Will the year end with the diaries?

Everytime an excuse. but I have to keep on phoning / e-mailing. no one will phone me on their own and tell me what is wrong.
