I recently bought two items, and the receiver only received one piece. What would happen if people order more than two items? Now I am going through endless pain of calling & emails with people who don't respond. It's very painful. The unprofessional level of the delivery team was another shocking thing to report. Calling the receiver to walk from her office and work to where they had parked which was miles away was inconveniencing the person when a delivery fee was paid to deliver to the person's office. The office has a delivery parking in front of the office. It's unprofessional.
