Never using netflorist again, gaslighters and horrible service

I received the gift, but the bad service and gaslighting, my boyfriend ordered 24 red roses I received 12, asked for a refund on the 12 missing. They agreed, then the next day asks me to stay at home the whole Saturday till 8pm to come and take away my 12 red roses which I was happy with to give me 24 dark pink roses, and he doesn't know any better because he wasn't with me, this is absolutely annoying netflorist what a waste of my time I've asked him never to order from you again, and such a pity because he orders frequently, thanks for ruining a special moment and making it worse. A refund would have been better then replacing it with absolutely something different, imagine receiving 24 dark pink 36 hours after valentines day.
