Never using Netflorist again

Ordered a gift for my mother's birthday (order number ***), the gift consisted of 3 items and she only received 1 of the 3. This was meant to be like a gift basket but Netflorist decided it is better to deliver each item individually. When I phoned the call center the lady explained that the items are sent from different suppliers and thus will arrive at different times, what is the use of placing a order and adding stuff on (making your own personalized gift basket) just to have it all delivered separately? If I knew this was going to happen I would have never ordered these items, needless to say I will not support Netflorist again.
